Reuben G. Warren Music Scholarship
The Reuben G. Warren Music Scholarship was established in December of 2022. This award was established to honor the memory and love of music of Reuben Warren, who passed away in December of 2021. His distinguished military and law enforcement career encouraged unwavering dedication and inspired all of the hearts of those around him to become a leading pioneer of honor, faith, selflessness, strong work ethic, devotion and Love. The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance for a young foster youth ages 16-18, the opportunity to enroll in Cuts DJ Academy and achieve their musical endeavors.

How This Scholarship Can Benefit You
Cuts DJ Academy Scholars receive an honorarium of up to $2,500 per DJ certification plus special privileges as outlined below.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Must Be 16 Years Old Or Older
- California resident
- United States citizens, permanent residents, or California Dream Act students
- Demonstrated academic excellence (strength and breadth of your middle or high school academic program, grades and other academic criteria)
- Grant awards are based on financial need
SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS USE
- Any music equipment purchaed inside Cuts DJ Academy physical location
- Scholarship funds are not considered cash & can not be used for any other items outside of Cuts DJ Academy physical location.
- Scholarship funds can only be used for 1 certification or equipment transaction. Any remaining funds of scholarship funds cannot be used for any other purchase.
