Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer Financial assistance?

For any course over $1000, we offer a flexible payment installment plan that does not require credit approval or interest. We require a deposit and will automatically deduct monthly payments each month until you are paid in full. The payment plan does include a $600 maintenance fee.  Contact Us today to get started setting up your flexible payment plan.

I have paid in-full for the Part Time program and cannot complete it, can I receive a refund?

The Program is nonrefundable. However, if you are a student, you are welcome to take a term off and return. Please note, students are only allowed one term off. If you take more than one term off, then a $500 re-entry fee will be enforced as well as a new evaluation to see if any Levels need to be retaken. If a Level needs to be retaken, then an additional cost will be incurred by the student. In cases of relocation, there may also be an opportunity to complete programming at another of our Sacramento DJ Academy locations.

I am an International student; do you offer educational VISAs and help with living arrangements?

Because our classes are for personal enrichment and are less than 18 hours a week, international students coming to the U.S. primarily for tourism may be allowed to visit the U.S. on a visitor (B) visa and take our courses during their stay. Please note that we are not able to offer educational visas.
For more information, please visit the U.S. Department of State website here:http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en.html.

Unfortunately, we cannot help with living arrangements, however there are great sites that can help, such as Airbnb.com, VRBO.com or www.hiusa.org.

I am a returning DJ Certification student that has not completed my coursework. What are my options?

All returning DJ Cert students must be re-evaluated in order to assess what level they will be placed. Some students will need to retake classes since our curriculum has changed since they were last in class with us. Due to  the DJ Cert Program no longer being offered, students must enter the Part Time Program and pay the difference between the two programs. Returning students will not be allowed any more time off once they enter the Part Time program.
